"Reserved a king bed and given a queen bed for the price of a king. The desk clerk lied when asked about the reason we were put in a queen and later refunded the difference when caught in the lie. Upon entering the room, it was VERY hot and the ac unit was replaced while were gone to eat dinner. When we returned it sounded like a jet landing in our room. The tv was fuzzy beyond watching. The queen sheets did NOT fit. We called the front desk and they sent more queen sheets that still did not fit. Called again and this time we asked for the clerk to try to make the sheets fit and he was amazed at the misfit. ONLY three corners would go down. So he went back and brought us a king size fitted sheet that we wrapped around the mattress. We asked that he make note of this so when we visited with the manager we would have documented proof of the chaos. By this time it was 12:30. The next morning, Mother's Day, when we went to visit with the manager we found the lieing clerk on duty again. She appeared to be in charge and said we could wait until Monday to visit with a manager. She said she was aware of our problems and said she would refund 20.00 of our 100.00 fee and that was all she would do. After much arguing we just left and informed the Ramada corporate offices of our stay from hell."
